Lake Sullivan is located in the Northeast corner of Morrison County in Minnesota. Morrison County was established February 25, 1856 and is located in the center of Minnesota and has a population of about 34,000 people. Morrison County is the gateway to the northern Minnesota vacationland. It occupies 1,125.06 square miles ranking it as the 17th largest county in the State. The county seat and largest city Little Falls, is located on the Mississippi River approximately 100 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and approximately 150 miles southwest of Duluth.
